About Annora House
Welcome to Annora House Guest House, Balsall Common.
Annora House is a family run guest house close to the NEC and combines the care and attention of a well run family business with the convenience of location to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC of the bigger brand named hotels at a far more reasonable price.
Located in the village of Balsall Common there is a selection of pubs and eateries within walking distance.
We welcome you to come and stay in our beautifully appointed spacious en-suite rooms which have been designed with the traveller in mind. All rooms are equipped with flat screen digital TV’s with over 60 channels, free WiFi, writing desk and complimentary tea & coffee tray.
Breakfast is offered in our beautifully presented dining room and there is also a sitting room with sofa and magazines to relax in. Alternatively, in-room or takeaway breakfast is offered free of charge.
There is ample off street car parking and guests are of course welcome to leave their car during the day if they choose to take the train.
Our Rooms
All of the rooms at Annora House can be configured as single, double or twin bedded rooms offering the flexibility to satisfy all of our guests requirements.
All rooms benefit from having a well proportioned private en-suite shower room with high end fittings and include complimentary toiletries and freshly laundered cotton towels for use during your stay.
The bedrooms all have flat screen freeview televisions, a writing desk and tea/coffee tray as well as free high speed fibre broadband WiFi.
Location
Annora House is just ten minutes away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport by car or train, making us an ideal choice for exhibitors and guests to the many shows, concerts and exhibitions at the NEC each year.
If you are staying with us and do not have access to a car, Balsall Common Village with a selection of shops and eateries is only a 5 minute stroll away. Alternatively, for those who enjoy walking or running there is a good choice of public foot paths which will lead you to either parks, restaurants and pubs, or will just allow you to view some beautiful scenery.
There is a wide selection of places to visit in the surrounding area; historical towns such as Warwick & Leamington Spa, many golf clubs, and an abundance of good quality restaurants and pubs to make your stay with us even more enjoyable.
